How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes, always grounded in a lawful basis:

  • Service Delivery: To process bookings, issue e-tickets, send itinerary confirmations, and provide customer support.
  • Account Management: To create and manage your SCIERGE account, verify your identity, and authenticate logins.

We Will Never Sell your personal data to third-party advertisers, use your data to build profiles for resale, or process your data in ways that are incompatible with the purposes stated above without your explicit consent.
Section 03

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party vendors — including airlines, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics platforms — who assist us in operating the Services. These parties are contractually obligated to handle your data only as instructed by SCIERGE and to maintain appropriate security measures.

Airlines & Travel Partners

To complete your booking, we transmit necessary passenger information (name, contact details, passport data where applicable) to the relevant airline or travel partner. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Legal & Regulatory Obligations

We may disclose your information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or corporate restructuring, your data may be transferred to the succeeding entity. You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website prior to the transfer and any changes to this policy.

Section 04

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (web beacons, pixels, local storage) to enhance your experience on SCIERGE. The categories we deploy are:

  • Strictly Necessary: Essential for the platform to function — session management, security tokens, load balancing. Cannot be disabled.
  • Performance & Analytics: Help us understand traffic patterns and page performance. We use aggregated, anonymized data.
  • Functional: Remember your language, currency, and seat preferences so you don't have to re-enter them on every visit.
  • Marketing (opt-in only): Used only with your explicit consent to serve relevant travel offers and retargeting ads on third-party platforms.
Cookie Controls You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via our Cookie Settings panel (accessible from the footer) or through your browser settings. Disabling functional or analytics cookies may impact your experience.
Section 05

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Our standard retention guidelines are:

  • Account Data: Retained for the lifetime of your account and up to 3 years after account deletion, for dispute resolution and fraud prevention.
  • Booking Records: Retained for 7 years to satisfy financial and tax obligations.
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized after 26 months; raw logs deleted within 90 days.
  • Support Communications: Retained for 2 years after the ticket is resolved.
  • Marketing Opt-in Records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus 1 year for audit purposes.
Section 06

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at admin@scierge.it.com.
